ReturnsAt Natural JEM Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in a re-sellable condition.
